The cleanliness issues were glaring, with dirty linens and a musty smell in the room. I felt misled by the positive online ratings. Security seemed lacking, and the breakfast options were sparse, leaving much to be desired. I wish I had chosen a different place.

The breakfast was nice, the check in was friendly. The location in a nice grassy area was perfect and there were a market and shops nearby. Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station can be reached within 5 minutes walk.

The breakfasts were good and the service was friendly! Overall it was reasonably large, with a private bathroom. The hotels' team was excellent.

Room had air conditioning, tv, refrigerator, and microwave. The bathroom was clean with solid water pressure in the shower, and there were complimentary toiletries. Enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers. Nice grassy area outside for pets. Quick check-in process made everything smooth.

Pleasant stay but improvement needed in cleanliness

I really enjoyed my stay with comfortable beds and a well-stocked breakfast area that offered a variety of options, including microwavable sandwiches and fresh fruit. I noticed that the overall cleanliness of the hotel could use some attention, as some areas felt a bit neglected. The staff were friendly was good this issue.

Value for money was very good. Simple room in good location. Restaurants within a few minutes walking distance or next to the parking lot or across the street. Pool's pretty nice.

The room I was given had several lightbulbs burned out, resulting in poor lighting.

The hotel was a characterful base for enjoying a great area, just off airport, Grand Junction, food outlets. The room met standard, spacious on the first level.

Their continental breakfast was quite varied, from dry cereal to hot oatmean to make your own waffles! Fruit and juices plus coffee!! A very good way to start your mornining.

Nothing worth mentioning. Very good facility.

Welcoming and courteous stuff who where always there to help. The restaurant was nice for dinner, I tried hot dishes. Plenty of food at breakfast, such as toast, sausages and hot waffles. The hotel took care of the great service.

Facilities were great, however Wi-Fi connection was weak.
